Background

​

Before starting my  practice in the United States in 1994, I was a meditation teacher, Ayurveda massage therapist, and artist. I have been on a spiritual, holistic health path my entire life, recognizing early that my interests and talents lie in this direction. I've always had a spontaneous knack for helping people get in touch with their soul, their inner truth. People were healing by sharing their stories with someone who listened with empathy and compassion. If you can speak it, talk about a problem with someone who will quietly listen, that's how healing begins.

In June 2020 I moved across North America from Santa Fe, New Mexico USA to St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, my mother's birthplace. Since I was already a Canadian by birth, this was a relatively easy move and I'm grateful to live in this beautiful country.
